I started working at the bank as a part-time teller in 2003 while attending college pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. I worked my way up through various branch positions (Customer Service Associate, Financial Service Associate, Lead Customer Service Associate) until I was accepted into the Management Training Program. In 2006, I was promoted to an Assistant Service Manager and had the privilege and experience of opening a brand new branch. By the end of 2006, I had graduated college and was hired for a position in the IT department as a Programmer Analyst in charge of the branch systems. I worked there until 2013 when I took a position in the Fraud Department as the Director of Fraud Systems and Analytics. In 2016, I was promoted to VP of Operations for the Fraud and BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) Operations Department.
I like working at People’s United Bank because the culture here provides me with an opportunity for my ideas to be heard and for me to be able to make a difference through my work every day. The bank also provides many opportunities for development and advancement which is something I love. The work-family balance is great and the environment is very friendly.
I am currently a member of the ACAMS Connecticut Chapter and the Father’s Club at Jane Ryan Elementary School in Trumbull, CT.

I began my career at People’s United Bank in September 2011 as a Sr. Financial Services Associate in Hauppauge, NY. In June 2012, I was transferred to our Brentwood Branch and then in November 2013, I was chosen to assist the Operations Team with branch audits and was given the opportunity to put my passion for operations to work. Two years later, in 2015, I was promoted to Lead Customer Service Associate and then a short time later promoted to Regional Operations Manager. Being an Operations Manager has allowed me to connect with many different department managers within the bank. I never thought I would make banking my career, but having learned so much in the last five years at People's United Bank, I now know this is what I was meant to do.
I believe People's United Bank is a great place to work because I’ve always felt the support of the management team. My skills and passion for the operational part of the bank was recognized by my managers and in return helped me grow and reach my goals. People's United Bank is a caring company that provides continuous training to ensure employees have the opportunity to excel in their roles. As a result of People's United Bank promoting work-life balance, I am able to do my job, as well as be there for my family.
People’s United Bank is continuously supporting different organizations and giving back to the community. During my time in the branches, I worked closely with community leaders at various events such as coat drives and distributing meals during the holidays.

I joined People's United Bank as a full-time teller in 2002. With the vast amount of training programs and leadership development offered, I completed the Retail Management Training program in 2012 and went on to manage a Stop & Shop branch for 3 years. In addition to my dedication and hard work, People’s has provided me with mentors who helped guide me along the way. In 2015, I had the opportunity to change the course of my career and moved to Wealth Management as a Private Banking Specialist. This position has allowed me to increase my knowledge and develop the skillset I need to further my career in leveraging credit for clients.

Over four years ago, I was hired at People's United Bank to help start and grow the Retail Branch network in Manhattan. We celebrated the Grand Opening of our Flagship location on Park Avenue in December of 2012. I then helped open our first Brooklyn location in Flatbush with their Grand Opening in December of 2014. Today, I manage the Manhattan and Brooklyn Markets. I also work closely with all of our business partners to ensure that we are able to deliver an exceptional customer experience while growing our business.
The employees are a big part of why I like working at People’s United Bank. Everyone is treated with respect. I appreciate that all of the bank’s divisions work together which allows us to learn from each other. Since my first day, as I met dozens of people who have worked here for over 20 years, I knew that this was the type of company that truly values their employees.
I currently sit on the Board of Directors for a non-profit called Visions / Services for the blind and the visually impaired. I also serve as the Chair of the Nominating Committee and I am part of the Audit Committee as well.
